Description

Carl Martin Laeisz (born June 23, 1803 in Hamburg, † May 21, 1864) was a German painter, lithographer and a member of the Hamburg Artist Association.

The Holzbrücke (wooden bridge) is a bridge and road in Hamburg’s Old Town. Takes you over the Nikolaifleet and connects the Fleetinsel Cremon with the remaining part of the old town. Formerly it served for the landing of the products for the near Hopfenmarkt.
